Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary during sale periods, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999
  • ₹99 flat shipping fee on orders below ₹999
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status in your account dashboard or using the tracking link provided.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us, and you may be responsible for reshipping charges.

Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You have the original invoice or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance sales
  • Innerwear, socks, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Select the order and click "Return Item"
  3. Choose the reason for return and submit the request
  4. Our team will review and approve your return within 24-48 hours
  5. Pack the item securely and hand it over to our courier partner for pickup

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (provide details during return request)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@okapi.co.in with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a free return and provide a full refund or replacement.
